Leadership

MasterClass Advisors is run by Jonathan Lee, a professional with 32 years of experience, both in consulting and within industry.  Formally trained in strategy, technology and process optimization, Jonathan has spent 20 years with premier firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers, SAP, Grant Thornton and Info.  His industry experience includes a dual role as a Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Betts Company (California’s oldest manufacturer) and State Farm.

Most of our delivery is performed or led by Jonathan, which results in high impact and a multi-dimensional approach to all engagements.  Among his many credentials and certifications, Jonathan is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, which means our improvements 'stick.' 

Jonathan has an MBA from the Marshall School at USC (1999) and a BA in Sociology from the UC Irvine (1993).
